For Pinellas County Head Start, that long-standing public misconception was hindering their efforts to serve more families all races and income levels in need of early education, life skills training, healthcare and more. We were hired to rebrand Pinellas County Head Start, raise awareness, increase enrollment and reach out to all Pinellas County families in need.
